¶ Gating Plugin
The Gating feature allows you to grant Discord roles and channel access to NFT holders, while automatically removing them if their NFTs are transferred. This ensures that only genuine holders can access exclusive content, creating a secure and trustworthy community environment.
¶ First Things First - Activate Wallet Connection
MEE6's gating service ensures a secure connection for users to verify their NFT or cryptocurrency holdings without clicking potentially unsafe links. By enabling wallet connection, you can offer a streamlined verification process for your community.
- Enable Wallet Connection: (Toggleable option)
¶ Select the Gated Channel
Once your rulesets are set up, MEE6 will send an embedded message with a secure link, prompting users to connect their wallets to your server and verify their assets.
- Select Your Channel: Choose the channel where the verification message will be sent. You can create a new channel by selecting "Create a Channel for Me" and setting your preferred channel name.
¶ New Rulesets
To add new rulesets, click on New Rulesets and configure the following options:

Choose the Ruleset Name.

General Section:

In the NFT section, provide the slug or URL of your OpenSea collection.

Set roles for users holding between 1 - 1000 NFTs (adjustable, with a maximum of 1000 NFTs).

Select Role: (Option to choose the role)

In the Crypto section:

If "Search the Token" is selected, you can choose the cryptocurrency.

If you disable this option or choose "Add Smart Contract Address":

Select the blockchain.

Provide the smart contract address.

Similar to the NFT section, set roles for users holding the specified tokens.
